Stupid DA subscription service! I hate you

Only wanted a 1-Month subscription somehow managed to get a 1 month and a 3 month..all at the expense of myself. Don't even know if they'll reply to my problem in the time limit they give for refunds....be CAREFUL when purchasing a subscription because if you slip up, there's no turning back. Bloody bastards, don't they know the only income i have is from the government (no im not on the Dole... its Education allowance)
